Shipping & Payments
SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders are shipped Monday
through Friday, excluding major and national holidays on which UPS/USPS does
not pick up. Every attempt is made to fill and ship your order in the timeliest
fashion. Orders placed before noon on weekdays typically ship out within
twenty-four (24) hours. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the
following Monday.

Domestic Priority Mail by USPS 3-4 Days - $8.00 Domestic Overnight Flat Rate by UPS - $20.00 International Flat Rate by USPS 5-7 Days - $12.00
Worldwide Expedited by USPS 3-4 Days - $35.00

All packages are sent
signature required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is
waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost
packages.
Additional shipping costs
for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the
customer.
Tracking information is
sent once the order has been processed and shipped.
Metro Retro Apparel is
not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.
The shipping charge you
see when selecting the shipping method is based on the destination and the
weight of the package. Shipping rates will vary based on the selected shipping
method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For returns and
exchanges, if you wish to receive a return label within your order in-case if
you are not sure about the product, please notify us when placing your order.
This label can be used for your convenience to send returns and exchanges. When
using this label to send items back, the amount of the return shipping charge
will be deducted from your refund.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES:
Orders that contain
multiple items may arrive in separate packages, possibly on separate days. If
multiple tracking numbers appear on your shipment email or under you order
history on www.metroretroapparel.com your order was shipped in more than one
package.
