How do I return an item?

Infrequently our merchandise is considered to be defective. But if you find any defective products simply notify us or send back the item with a note explaining whether you like an exchange or refund, and we will take care of it. However metroretroapparel.com ONLY offers a 30-Days money back guarantee on all non-modified items. In order to qualify for money back, the items must be received at our location within 30-days, from the date you have received it. After 30-days you will be eligible for exchange or credit only.

We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee unless we have made an error with your order. Refunds will be issued only on merchandise returned within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise requested.
